Tralee Benners Hotel

All good, fulfills its purpose. Efficient check-in with friendly service. Fine festive decorations throughout the hotel.

It was in a central location, in the center of town.

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely family run hotel. The room was good sized and stocked and reasonably priced with a great view of St John's church, WiFi, lovely comfortable couches. The staff was very attentive, top-class. Also, location was lovely, just 5 minutes walk from Glouageentha. The restaurant was good, with delicious dishes.

There was parking to be added.

Welcome throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with access to local shops and attractions. While the room was comfortable, the street noise at night was somewhat disruptive, impacting sleep quality.

The location is excellemt and the staff where friendly and helpful.

The decor in the public areas are pass it's best.

Rooms were large and clean. Bathroom was modern and well maintained. The reception to the hotel was decorated in lovely browns and reds and made the hotel seem very plush and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit hard to find when lost in Tralee, and the car park can fill up.

The breakfast had deliciously prepared options that were satisfying and energizing for the day ahead.

The bathroom cleanliness was disappointing, with noticeable spots that needed attention, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

I thought the staff were excellent and very friendly. It was a very comfortable hotel. There were plenty of bath towels and smaller towels in the bathroom. The location is central and the town is easily accessible by train.

The room I stayed in could have done with painting. The bathroom and especially the bath surround looked extremely scruffy.

The location was excellent - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go: )

Excellent gluten-free options!

The hotel is very comfortable, has been recently renovated very nicely. The rooms feel very elegant at a reasonable price. It is close to a beautiful city park with a lovely Rose Garden.

As others have said I would recommend this hotel. It was great value in excellent location. No frills but no corners cut. Will be back.

Only issue for me was very small T.V. in bedroom.

Couldn't recommend more for a whistle-stop

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, with good staff providing helpful service and a fantastic location just a short walk from the train station made my stay here enjoyable.

Everything was as expected.

We loved our stay at this very nice comfortable friendly hotel .The staff were outstanding and the resturant very affordable and the food delicious . The bar manager and bar staff and receptionists could not do enough to make our time there very happy .We will be back .Loved it .I would recommend this hotel for all the above .

Overall very impressed by the hotel. I rang ahead and they did advise me of narrow entrance to carpark but there was loads of space and it was very secure.The lobby is very trendy and the welcome was friendly. My room was immaculately clean but not as modern as the lobby area. I ventured into their steakhouse restaurant called holy cow no less and I was very positively surprised by the standard.
